About modification and amendments in the Family code of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. In Article 106 of the word "according to Article 119" shall be replaced with words "according to Article 118".
2. Add with Article 177 (1) the following content:
"Article 177 (1). Responsibility for violation of requirements of this Code
Physical persons and legal entities are made for violation of requirements of this Code responsible according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
