"Including in judgeship at least fifteen years, the monthly perpetual maintenance equal to sixty percent of the salary of the judge of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tajikistan is paid to the judge of the Constitutional court staying in resignation having general years of service by legal profession thirty five years. The monthly perpetual maintenance increases by one percent from the salary for each next year of work in judgeship, but cannot exceed sixty five percent of the salary of the judge of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tajikistan".
