1. Take into consideration that according to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About foreign investments" and "About customs tariff" since January 1, 2013 exemption of import customs duty for the newly created companies with foreign investments when importing of property is provided by them for own production needs for a period of two years from the moment of their state registration.
2. Of N UP-4434 "About Additional Measures for Stimulation of Attraction of Direct Foreign Investments" approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 10, 2012 to state paragraphs of the first and second of Item 5 of Chapter II of the List of the basic guarantees, privileges and preferences established for foreign investors and the companies with foreign investments in the following edition:
"5. Are exempted by customs duty from taxation:
the property imported into the Republic of Uzbekistan by the companies with foreign investments from shares of foreign investments in authorized fund at least thirty three percent for own production needs within two years from the moment of their state registration;".
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Premyerministr of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. M. Mirziyoeva.
