1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 18, 2012 No. 182 "About approval of Regulations of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendment:
in the Regulations of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
in paragraph four of Item 33 and further in the text of the word of "Department of legal work and public procurements" and "Department of legal work and public procurements" shall be replaced with words "Legal department" and "Legal department" respectively;
add with Item 62-1 of the following content:
"62-1. In case of need perhaps obligatory participation of staff of Legal department of the Ministry at the corresponding stages of approval of projects of regulatory legal acts in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their passing to Prime minister's departments of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
