1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 2, 2007 No. 1033 "About approval of Rules of provision in use of historical and cultural monuments of the international and republican value" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 42, the Art. 487) the following changes and amendment:
in Rules of provision in use of the historical and cultural monuments of the international and republican value approved by the specified resolution:
4, of 5, 6 and 7 to state Items in the following edition:
"4. For obtaining in use of the monument which is state-owned property, physical and (or) legal entities submit in authorized body the application in form according to appendix to these rules.
5. The authorized body within fifteen working days from the date of registration of a statement of physical and (or) legal entities considers and reports to the applicant about the made decision in writing.
6. Following the results of consideration of the application the authorized body makes the decision on provision in use of monument or refuses provision in use of monument on the following bases:
1) stay in use of the declared monument;
2) the purpose and nature of use of monument can cause damage to monument condition;
3) the purpose of use is not answered initial purpose of monument.
7. In case the authorized body makes the decision on provision in use of monument, to the applicant the written notice of the consent of provision goes to use of monument and the conclusion of the agreement on provision in use of monument.
