About entering of amendment into article 362-1 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985-XV of April 18, 2002

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Article 362-1 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985-XV of April 18, 2002 (repeated publication: 2009, No. 72-74, of the Art. 195), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (4) the following content:

"(4) the Victim of illegal migration is exempted from criminal liability for illegal entrance, stay, transit or departure from the territory of the state, and also for possession and use of false official documents for the organization of the illegal migration.".
