About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on labor migration No. 180-XVI of July 10, 2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 162-164, of the Art. 598), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
1. In all text of the law of the word "Ministry of Internal Affairs" shall be replaced with words "competent authority for foreigners" in the corresponding case, and the words "agreement on cooperation" - the words "agreement on cooperation" in the corresponding number and case.
2. In Article 1:
in the concept "labor migration" of the word of "foreign citizens or stateless persons" to replace with the word of "foreigners";
exclude the concept "labor immigration quota";
in the concept "worker immigrant" of the word "the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship having the right" shall be replaced with words "the foreigner having the right";
in the concept "seasonal worker" of the word "foreign citizen" to replace with the word "foreigner", and to exclude the words "or stateless person".
3. In Article 3:
in part (1) words "foreign citizens and stateless persons," to replace with the word of "foreigners";
in part (2):
Item c) to add with words ", and also personnel of on-stage performance groups, including administrative and servicing, decreased/arrived to tours;";
add part with the Item d-1) of the following content:
"d-1) the foreigners who arrived for research work within the European or international projects except arrived for the purpose of labor activity based on the individual employment contract;";
Item f) to state in the following edition:
"f) the faces which arrived/decreased for study including within exchange of pupils, and also for unpaid professional training or advanced training;";
add part with the Item f-1) of the following content:
