About modification of the Regulations on Council in case of the President of the Russian Federation for the international relations approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 5, 2012 No. 776

Bring in the Regulations on Council in case of the President of the Russian Federation for the international relations approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 5, 2012 N 776 "About Council in case of the President of the Russian Federation for the international relations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, N 24, Art. 3135; N 45, of Art. 6209; 2013, N 8, Art. 803), following changes:
a) third Item 8 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"The chairman of presidium of Council is the responsible secretary of Council.";
b) state Item 10 in the following edition:
"10. Preparation and the organization of holding meetings of Council and presidium of Council, and also the solution of the current questions of the organization of activities of Council and presidium of Council are performed by the responsible secretary of Council.";
c) the fourth Item 11 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Meetings of presidium of Council are conducted by the chairman of presidium of Council.".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
