About the state secret
This Law governs the relations arising in connection with reference of data to the state secret, their classification or declassification and protection for the benefit of safety of the Republic of Tajikistan and also determines the legal basis and single system of protection of the state secrets in all types of activity of public authorities, companies, organizations and organizations, irrespective of patterns of ownership, military forming and citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan in all territory of the republic and beyond its limits.
1. the state secret - the data protected by the state in the field of defense, economies, the external relations, state security and protection of law and order which distribution can cause damage to safety of the Republic of Tajikistan.
