1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

from paragraph two of Item 1 of the word "advertizing of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products," to exclude;
add Item 5 with subitem 5.19-1 of the following content:
"5.19-1. exercises according to the legislation control of the stocks (shares in authorized funds) of economic societies belonging to the Republic of Belarus and transferred in the Department of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection according to appendix 11, appoints representatives of the state in governing bodies of these societies and provides control of their activities;";
in Item 6:
exclude subitem 6.15;
state subitem 6.20-1 in the following edition:
"6.20-1. on the basis and in pursuance of regulatory legal acts of bigger legal force to adopt regulatory legal acts according to appendix 2 and other regulatory legal acts;";
add the Provision with appendix 11 it (is applied);
to be reworded as follows appendix 2 to this Provision it (is applied);
to exclude appendix 3 to this Provision;
