About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 695 of September 14, 2012.
The government DECIDES:
In the Order of the Government No. 695 of September 14, 2012. "About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Public archive agency, its structure and the extreme number of staff of central office" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 198-204, of the Art. 750) to make the following changes and additions:
in Item 2 of the resolution of syntagma of "21 units" and "55 units" to replace with syntagmas "22 units" and "54 units" respectively;
in Item 3 of the resolution of the word "it is helped by the deputy director general" and syntagma "board as a part of 7 members" to replace respectively with the words "it is helped by two deputy directors general" and syntagma "the board as a part of 9 members";
paragraphs two and third Item 9 of appendix No. 1 to state in the following edition:
"Two deputy directors general appointed and dismissed by the Government according to the proposal of the CEO give help to the CEO in its leading activities. Deputy directors general carry out the powers delegated by the CEO.
In case of absence of the CEO of its function the appointed deputy director general performs.";
in Item 11 of the word of "deputy director general" shall be replaced with words "deputy directors general";
in Item 12 "consisting of 7 members" to replace syntagma with syntagma "consisting of 9 members";
in Item 16 of the word "Deputy director general" shall be replaced with words "Deputy directors general";
appendix №4
"the deputy director general of the Public archive agency" to replace line item with line item "deputy directors general of the Public archive agency";
add with line item of the following content:
"head of department of financing and financial accounting".
