About modification and amendments in the Judicial code of the Republic of Armenia

Calculation of number of the candidates necessary for amendment of the list of candidates for judges is made at the rate of the number, necessary for amendment of Sections of criminal and civil specializations, with exceeding of 2 candidates, and the Section of administrative specialization - 1 candidate. The chairman of Court of cassation not later than till September 10 publishes the announcement of carrying out skill test for the purpose of amendment of the list of candidates for judges.".
Article 3. In the first offer of part 1 of article 116 of the Code of the word "16 job seekers who received the highest final points following the results of skill test" shall be replaced with words "the job seekers who gained the highest final points necessary for amendment of appropriate section of specialization of the list of candidates for judges following the results of skill test with exceeding of number of candidates for 30 percent, but 5 at least".
Article 4. Regarding the 2nd article 117 of the Code:
1) the first offer after the word "amendments" to add with words of "appropriate section";
