About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of National Bank in compliance with Articles 4, 5 and 6 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" No. 169 of 06.10.2012, being guided by articles 7 and 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes in the following regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- the paragraph two of Item 1 voided according to the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 23.12.2015 No. 78/25

- the paragraph third Item 1 ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of 23.12.2015 No. 78/26

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

3. To legal management:

- publish this resolution on the official site of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- after official publication to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for entering into the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Chokoyev Z. L.
