About approval of Changes to Regulations on procedure for representation by banks to the National Bank of Ukraine of the report of the auditor by results of annual verification of the financial reporting
According to Articles 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 70 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of ensuring annual audit inspection of the financial reporting of banks according to the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes to Regulations on procedure for representation by banks to the National Bank of Ukraine of the report of the auditor by results of annual verification of the financial reporting approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 9, 2003 No. 389, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 29, 2003 for No. 871/8192 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 21, 2011 No. 341) which are applied.
2. (Novikov V. V.) to submit to department of normative and methodological ensuring bank regulation and supervision (Ivanenko N. V.), Legal department this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To department of normative and methodological ensuring bank regulation and supervision (Ivanenko N. V.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to permission of banks of Ukraine, territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and Auditor chamber of Ukraine for use in work.
