About introduction of amendments to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 28, 2009 No. 109 and of January 28, 2009 No. 111

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 28, 2009 No. 109 "About approval of the list of types of activity when which implementing turnovers on realization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus by educational institutions of the works (services) executed (rendered) by students and provided by uchebnoprogrammny documentation, the plan of educational work of educational institution, programs of education are exempted from the value added tax" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 31, 5/29218; 2010, No. 120, 5/31820; 2012, No. 72, 5/35894):
1.1.1. in the name and Item 1 of the word "works (services) executed (rendered)" shall be replaced with words "the goods (works, services) made (executed, rendered)";
1.1.2. in the name of the list of types of activity when which implementing turnovers on realization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus by educational institutions of the works (services) executed (rendered) by students and provided by educational and program documentation, the plan of educational work of educational institution, programs of education are exempted from the value added tax approved by this resolution of the word "works (services) executed (rendered)" shall be replaced with words "the goods (works, services) made (executed, rendered)";
1.2. ceased to be valid.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2013.
