Bring in the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of January 9, 2006 No. 6 "About approval of Rules of appointment and activities of temporary administration (the temporary administrator) of bank, insurance (reinsurance) organization and accumulation pension fund" (the following changes and the amendment registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 4070):
in the Rules of appointment and activities of temporary administration (temporary administrator) of bank, insurance (reinsurance) organization and accumulation pension fund approved by the specified resolution:
8, of 9, 10 and 11 to state Items in the following edition:
"8. The temporary administration starts accomplishment of the obligations in day of its appointment as authorized body. Copies of decisions of authorized body on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations about deprivation of the license of the organization and appointment of temporary administration are handed by temporary administration to management of the organization under list.
In case of impossibility of delivery of decisions under list the temporary administration draws up about it the statement and notifies authorized body.
