The law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About financial accounting" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2004, No. 8, Article 605; 2008, No. 12, Article 1049; 2010, No. 4, Articles 265, 276; 2012, No. 6, Articles 512, of 529) to add with Articles 13.3 and 14.6 of the following content:
"13.3. Political parties constitute the financial statements required according to this Law according to the rules of conducting the simplified financial accounting approved by relevant organ of the executive authority in political parties.
14.6. Political parties submit annual financial reports in relevant organ of the executive authority no later than April 1 every year. The form, content and procedure for submission of financial statements of political parties are established by relevant organ of the executive authority. Political parties publish the annual statements together with the audit certificate in mass media.".
