1. "Physical" to add part 1 of article 22 after the word with words "to person, the business owner,".
2. State Article 29 in the following edition:
"Article 29. The administrative responsibility of the official equated to it person and the individual entrepreneur
1. The official is brought to the administrative responsibility for making of administrative offense in connection with non-execution or improper execution of service duties by it. In the absence of these circumstances, the official guilty of making of administrative offense is made responsible in accordance with general practice.
2. The official according to this Code is understood as person, is permanent, temporary or according to special powers performing functions of the representative of the government, that is allocated according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, administrative powers concerning persons which are not from it in job dependency, and person performing organizational and administrative and administrative functions in state bodies and self-government institutions of settlements and villages, and also in Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, other military and special forming of the Republic of Tajikistan is equal.
