Bring in Item 1 of the Procedure for the certificate of wills and powers of attorney which are equated to notarially certified, of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 15, 1994 No. 419 (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 10, Art. 249; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 27, Art. 1966; 2009, No. 17, Art. 515; 2012, No. 71, the Art. 2870, No. 93, the Art. 3789), change, having added it after paragraph one with the new paragraph of such content:
"authorized officers of bodies local samoupravleniyadoverennost of persons which live in settlements where there are no notaries, except powers of attorney on the order right real estate, powers of attorney on management and the order of corporate laws and powers of attorney on use and the order of vehicles;".
