1. In the "Rules of assignment and change of name, middle name and surname" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 12, 2011 No. 79 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2011, No. 5, Article 451), to make the following changes:
1.1. in Items 5.8 and 6.21 of the word "military commissariats" shall be replaced with words "local authorities, departments and divisions of Public service on mobilization and conscription";
1.2. in subitem 6.9.6 of the word of "the certificate of addition to recruiting station" shall be replaced with words "certificates of primary statement on military accounting";
1.3. in the table of appendix 1 to the specified Rules of the word "Place of Military Accounting" shall be replaced with words "The place of statement on military accounting";
1.4. in appendix 2 to the specified Rules of the word "on accounting in military commissariat ___________" shall be replaced with words "on military accounting __________ managements, (department, division) Public service on mobilization and conscription".
