1. In part (article 19 of the code in edition of Item 2 of article I of the law of the word "Distributors of Programs Block" shall be replaced with words 3) "Since July 1, 2013 distributors of programs block".
2. State article II in the following edition:
"Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication, except for Item 7, which becomes effective since July 1, 2013.".
