About entering of amendments and changes into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2008 No. 100
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2008 No. 100 "About some questions of possessory supervision" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 44, 1/9473; 2010, No. 14, 1/11283) following amendments and changes:
1.1. in Item 1:
add subitem 1.1 with part two of the following content:
"Deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Belarus, heads of the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus and their deputies - can also be representatives of the state in governing bodies of economic societies in case of appointment of representatives of the state Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, including together with National Bank;";
in subitem 1.2:
add the subitem with the words "taking into account requirements of this Decree and other legal acts";
add the subitem with part two of the following content:
"Representatives of the state in governing bodies of banks which stocks the Republic of Belarus owns are appointed by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus together with National Bank;";
in subitem 1.4:
after words "real estate objects **" to add the subitem with words ", share in the right of common property on them";
exclude the words "in coordination with the President of the Republic of Belarus";
1.2. to be reworded as follows appendix to the Decree it (is applied).
2. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, National Bank reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective in three months after its official publication, except for Item 2 and this Item which are becoming effective from the date of signing of this Decree.
