About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2010 No. 83

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2010 No. 83 "About procedure for confirmation of export of potash and nitrogen fertilizers out of limits of the Republic of Belarus by Belaruskali and Grodno Nitrogen open joint stock companies for the purpose of application of zero rate of the value added tax and recognition voided some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 288, 8/22992) the following changes:
1.1. in the name of the resolution of the word "and nitric", "and" Grodno" to exclude Nitrogen, "open joint stock companies" shall be replaced with words words "open joint stock company";
1.2. in Item 1:
