1. a) in Item 2:
to state paragraphs of the first and second in the following edition:
"2. Acts of the President of the Russian Federation and acts of the Government of the Russian Federation within 10 days after day of their signing are subject to official publication in "The Russian newspaper", the Russian Federation Code and on "The official Internet portal of legal information" (www.pravo.gov.ru) which functioning is provided by Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation.
Official publication of acts of the President of the Russian Federation and acts of the Government of the Russian Federation the first publication of their complete texts in "The Russian newspaper" and the Russian Federation Code or the first placement (publication) on "The official Internet portal of legal information" (www.pravo.gov.ru) is considered.";
