About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus and recognition voided separate provisions of some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of use of means of innovative funds and the direction on the solution of the major tasks of innovative development of the Republic of Belarus I decide them:
1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in subitem 7.4.3 of Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 7, 2006 No. 141 "About measures of the state support of open joint stock company "Neman Glass plant (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 39, 1/7331; 2010, No. 144, 1/11695; 2012, No. 27, 1/13365):
in the paragraph the second to replace figures "2017" with figures "2012";
after paragraph two to add the subitem with the paragraph of the following content:
"in 2013-2017 in the republican budget of funds for compensation of percent on the loans granted to open joint stock company "Neman Glass plant according to appendix 1 to this Decree in the sizes specified in the subitem
7.4.2 this Item;";
third to consider the paragraph the paragraph the fourth;
1.2. Item 30 of the Regulations on the external state loans and external loans attracted under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2006 No. 252 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 69, 1/7495; 2011, No. 75, 1/12650) to state in the following edition:
