About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of January 12, 2010 No. 1

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of January 12, 2010 No. 1 "About approval of the form of the receipt on acceptance of payments in the budget of form 1 and the Instruction about procedure for acquisition and use of receipts on acceptance of payments in the budget of form 1 and of the organization of acceptance by tax authorities of payments in the budget from physical persons" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 31, 8/21870) the following changes and amendments:
1.1. to state the name of the resolution in the following edition:
"About establishment of the form of the receipt on acceptance of payments in the budget of form 1 and approval of the Instruction about procedure for acquisition and use of forms of receipts on acceptance of payments in the budget of form 1 and of the organization of acceptance by tax authorities of payments in the budget from physical persons";
1.2. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Establish the form of the receipt on acceptance of payments in the budget of form 1 for form according to appendix.";
1.3. add the resolution with Item 11 of the following content:
"11. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for acquisition and use of forms of receipts on acceptance of payments in the budget of form 1 and of the organization of acceptance by tax authorities of payments in the budget from physical persons.";
1.4. to add appendix after the word "middle name" with words "(if that is available)";
