I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors and measures of counteraction to their illicit trafficking", accepted on October 9, 2004 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2004, No. 4, Art. 28; 2008, No. 2, Art. 24; 2009, No. 2, Art. 33), following changes:
in Article part one 7, in Article part one 42, in Article part one 43, in part four of Article 50 and in part four of Article 53 of the word "Public service of Turkmenistan on fight against drugs" and "Public service of Turkmenistan on fight against drugs" shall be replaced with words "Public service of Turkmenistan on protection of safety of healthy society" and "Public service of Turkmenistan on protection of safety of healthy society", and shall be replaced with words the words "in Public service on fight against drugs" "in bodies of service for protection of safety of healthy society" respectively.
II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
