1. Bring in the Licensed conditions of carrying out compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of December 23, 2004 No. 3178, such changes registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 27, 2004 for No. 1654/10253,:

1.1. Add Item 1.1 of Chapter 1 after the paragraph of the fourth with the new paragraph the fifth such content:
