About modification of some regulatory legal acts of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine and recognition voided some orders of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine
According to Item of 1 part one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services", Item 13 of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 1070, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services DECIDED:
1. In Item 1 of the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of December 5, 2003 No. 155 "About the Unified state register of insurers (overcautious persons) of Ukraine", the word "Gosfinuslug is performed" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 23, 2003 for No. 1208/8529, shall be replaced with words "Natskomfinuslug is performed".
2. In the title and in Item 1 of the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of December 18, 2003 No. 169 "About approval of the Procedure for approval by State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine members of council of non-state pension fund", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 10, 2004 for No. 22/8621, "State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The national commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services".

In the title and in Item 1 of the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of December 25, 2003 No. 177 "About approval of the Procedure for creation and provision of the reporting by credit unions and joint credit unions in State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine", the word of "State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 19, 2004 for No. 69/8668, shall be replaced with words "The national commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services".

In the title and in Item 1 of the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of December 29, 2003 No. 187 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of promotional materials concerning services in non-state pension provision in State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine", the word of "State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 15, 2004 for No. 49/8648, shall be replaced with words "The national commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services".

The title and Item 1 of the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of January 27, 2004 No. 27 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of the reporting by finance companies, confidential societies, and also legal entities - subjects of managing who on the legal status are not financial institutions, but have the opportunity determined by the laws and regulatory legal acts Gosfinuslug to provide services in financial leasing", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 6, 2004 for No. 431/9030, after the word "Gosfinuslug" to add with the words "or Natskomfinuslug".

In the title and in Item 1 of the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of June 4, 2004 No. 914 "About approval of the Procedure for provision by insurers (assignors, reinsurers) of information on the signed contracts of reinsurance with insurers (overcautious persons) by nonresidents in Gosfinuslug", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 23, 2004 for No. 777/9376, the word "Gosfinuslug" to replace with the word "Natskomfinuslug".

In Item 3 of the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of June 24, 2004 No. 1224 "Relatively about entering of information on insurers into the State register of financial institutions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 10, 2004 for No. 999/9598, the word "Gosfinuslug" to replace with the word "Natskomfinuslug".
10. In Item 2 of the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of July 22, 2004 No. 1729 "About establishment of payment for document registration of non-state pension funds", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 5, 2004 for No. 972/9571, the word "Gosfinuslug" to replace with the word "Natskomfinuslug".
11. In the title and in Item 1 of the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of August 3, 2004 No. 2263 "About approval of the Procedure for temporary appointment by State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine the administrator of non-state pension funds", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 20, 2004 for No. 1188/9787, "State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The national commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services".
12. In the title and in Item 1 of the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of November 4, 2004 No. 2740 "About approval of the Procedure for creation and provision of the reporting pawnshops in State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine", the word of "State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 23, 2004 for No. 1482/10081, shall be replaced with words "The national commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services".
13. Bring in the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of November 26, 2004 No. 2875 "About approval of Rules of placement of insurance reserves on life insurance", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 22, 2004 for No. 1626/10225, the following changes:
to state the paragraph of the sixth of item 4 in such edition:
"In case of approval of the plan of renewal of financial stability of the insurer Natskomfinuslug can make the decision on temporary provision of funds of insurance reserves of the insurer assets transferred in Item 2.1 of categories in the amounts differing from these Rules specified in Section 3.";

In the title and in Item 1 of the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of October 3, 2006 No. 6280 "About approval of the Regulations on delegation by State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of separate powers of one of All-Ukrainian associations of credit unions", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 2, 2006 for No. 1186/13060, "State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The national commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services".
16. In the title and in Item 1 of the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of February 19, 2007 No. 6832 "About approval of the Procedure for creation and provision of the reporting by credit institutes in State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine", the word of "State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 16, 2007 for No. 234/13501, shall be replaced with words "The national commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services".
17. In the title and in Item 1 of the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of August 21, 2008 No. 1000 "About approval of the Regulations on delegation by State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of separate powers to merging of the insurers", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 31, 2008 for No. 1063/15754, "State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The national commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services".
18. Bring in Item 3 of the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of August 21, 2008 No. 1001 "About approval of form of the message of insurance and/or reinsurance brokeranerezident on intention to perform activities in the territory of Ukraine and the Procedure for filling of form of the message of insurance and/or reinsurance brokeranerezident on intention to perform activities in the territory of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 27, 2008 for No. 1030/15721, such changes:
word in paragraph one of "Department of insurance supervision" shall be replaced with words "Department of insurance regulation and supervision";
in the paragraph the second "the member of the commission - the director of the department of insurance supervision (and in case of its absence - person, it replacing)" shall be replaced with words words "the authorized officer Natskomfinuslug, the Chairman Natskomfinuslug determined by the order".

In Item 3 of the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of October 8, 2009 No. 741 "About approval of the Regulations on obligatory criteria and standard rates of sufficiency, diversification and quality of assets which provide insurance reserves on types of insurance, other, than life insurance", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 18, 2009 for No. 1099/17115, "State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine as collegiate organ" shall be replaced with words "The national commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services".
20. Approve Changes to some regulatory legal acts of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine (further - Changes) which are applied.
21. Recognize invalid such orders of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine:
