About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 1, 2011 No. 835
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 1, 2011 No. 835 "Some questions of provision by the State agency of land resources and its territorial authorities of administrative services" (the Of_ts_yny v_snik of Ukra§ni, 2011 No. 59, the Art. 2374 No. 73, Art. 2734; 2012 No. 65, the Art. 2669) changes which are applied.

1. In Item 1:
Paragraph two to exclude 1);
The paragraph the fifth to state 2) in such edition:
"the list of administrative services which are provided by territorial authorities of the State agency of land resources on free basis, according to appendix 3.".
2. State Item 2 in such edition:
"2. Determine that:
1) before completion of implementation of actions for creation of territorial authorities of the State agency of land resources:
administrative services according to the list approved by this resolution are provided by territorial authorities of the State committee on land resources;
the functions on maintaining the Land book provided by the Procedure for maintaining the State land cadastre approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 17, 2012 No. 1051 (the Of_ts_yny v_snik of Ukra§ni, 2012 No. 89, Art. 3598), are assigned to territorial authorities of the State committee on land resources;
2) fee is performed by the previous money transfer through banks and/or departments of mail service; payment confirmation of service is the payment order or the receipt with mark of bank or department of mail service;
3) return of means for not provided services is performed in the procedure established by the legislation.".
3. To state appendices 1-3 to the resolution in such edition:
"Appendix 1
to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 1, 2011 No. 835
(in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 5, 2012 No. 1217)
