"4) transportation of the pyrotechnic substances and products having subclass of transport danger 1.4, without restriction of weight is made by road transport along the route developed by the consignor or the consignee with observance of rules of transportation by one vehicle managed by the driver having the certificate on the admission to transportation of dangerous goods. For maintenance of load the consignor or the consignee allocate the responsible person whose functions the driver knowing properties and features of the transported pyrotechnic substances and products can perform. Approval of route of transportation of dangerous goods is not required.";
