3. Subject and quantitative account of medicines for medical application is kept by producers of medicines, the organizations of wholesale trade by medicines, the pharmaceutical organizations, the individual entrepreneurs having the license for pharmaceutical activities or the license for medical activities, and the medical organizations performing drug circulation for medical application by registration of any transactions connected with their address in case of which their quantity and (or) condition changes in the special transaction registers connected with drug circulation for medical application (further - special magazines).
