1) in Article 4:

a) add with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1.1. The petition, stipulated in Item 1 this Article, cannot be submitted in electronic form.";

b) add Item 7 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The certificate in electronic form is not granted.";

Item 7 of Article 7 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

"The certificate in electronic form is not issued.";

The subitem 13 of Item 1 of Article 8 to add 3) with the paragraph of the following content:

"The travel document in electronic form is not issued;";

4) in Article 12:

a) add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The application cannot be submitted in electronic form.";

b) state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. To the person who was granted provisional asylum and underwent obligatory medical examination in the established amount of requirements of the medical certificate, the territorial authority of the federal executive body authorized on implementation of functions on control and supervision in the field of migration grants the certificate of the established form.
