Bring in Rules of holding auctions for sale of the right to the conclusion of the agreement on fixing of shares of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources and (or) agreements of use of water biological resources approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 12, 2008 N 602 (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 33, Art. 3864; 2009, N 25, Art. 3055; 2012, N 18, Art. 2229), following changes:
a) to state the subitem "zh" of Item 2 in the following edition:
"g) the forced termination of the right to production (catch) of water bioresources in connection with non-realization by person having the right to production (catch) of water bioresources, deliveries of catch of water bioresources in the seaports of the Russian Federation or other delivery locations determined in accordance with the established procedure;";
b) in the paragraph the second Item 20 (1) words "the digital signature according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation," shall be replaced with words "the strengthened qualified digital signature".
