About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning notarial activities

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 26.02.2014 No. 163
1.2. in Item 21 of appendix 2 to the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 106, 5/9345; 2010, No. 71, 5/31466; 2011, No. 7, 5/33130; No. 60, 5/33808; No. 122, 5/34676; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.08. 2012, 5/36107), words", receipts of the KB-1, form of receipts for acceptance of cash in case of payment of the legal aid rendered to physical person by lawyers and their removals from registration" shall be replaced with words "and its removals from registration";
1.3. in Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 107, 5/9385; 2008, No. 54, 5/26856; 2010, No. 118, 5/31768; 2011, No. 11, 5/33160):
