1. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 30, 2008 No. 523 "About some questions of cost recovery on audit of issuers of the financial instruments allowed on special trading floor of regional financial center of the city of Almaty" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 28, the Art. 272).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to official publication.
