About modification of Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale, retail trade by medicines

According to the subitem 4 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, and for the purpose of possibility of provision of services by subjects of managing on production of medicines, wholesale, retail trade by medicines on storage of medicines and joint products which purchased for public funds or are received as the humanitarian and/or charitable assistance, I ORDER:

1. Make to the section II of Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on production of the medicines, wholesale, retail trade by medicines approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of October 31, 2011 No. 723, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 07, 2011 for No. 1420/20158, such change:

the paragraph one of Item 2.7 to state in such edition:

"2.7. Storage in rooms of pharmaceutical institutions of medicines and joint products which are not their property is forbidden, except medicines and the joint products which were purchased for public funds or received as the humanitarian and/or charitable assistance".

2. To provide to management of medicines and medical products submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Bogachyov R. M.

4. The order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
