Bring in the Regulations on import to the Russian Federation from the countries which are not entering into the Customs union within EurAsEC, and export from the Russian Federation to these countries of the precious metals, gemstones and primary goods containing precious metals approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 20, 2010 N 1137 "About approval of the Regulations on import to the Russian Federation from the countries which are not entering into the Customs union within EurAsEC and export from the Russian Federation to these countries of the precious metals, gemstones and primary goods containing precious metals" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, N 39, Art. 4923; 2011, N 19, Art. 2723), following changes:
a) state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. This Provision establishes features of import to the Russian Federation from the countries which are not entering into the Customs union within EurAsEC (further - the Customs union), and export from the Russian Federation to these countries of the precious metals, gemstones and primary goods containing precious metals, performed according to Regulations on procedure for import to customs area of the Customs union and export from customs area of the Customs union of the precious metals, gemstones and primary goods containing precious metals (further - the Provision of EurAsEC), by the approved decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 16, 2012 N 134 "About regulatory legal acts in the field of non-tariff regulation".";
b) in Item 2 of the word "in customs regime" shall be replaced with words "placed under customs procedure";
c) in paragraph one of item 4 of the word "in appendix 2" shall be replaced with words "in the appendix N 2";
