Due to the entry into force of the Customs code of Ukraine and in pursuance of the resolution of the First Vice-Prime Minister Khoroshkovsky of May 31, 2012 No. 16950/50/1-12PRIKAZYVAYu:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of August 29, 2008 No. 787 "About approval of the Inventory with indication of their codes according to UKTVED on which the State department of intellectual property of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine issues documents for implementation of customs control and customs clearance of the goods and vehicles moved through customs border of Ukraine", No. 973/15664 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 14, 2008.

2. To submit to public service of intellectual property of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of Public service of intellectual property of Ukraine Kovin M. V.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
