About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 6, 2000 No. 765

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of December 22, 2011 No. 4212-VI "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About renewal of solvency of the debtor or recognition by his bankrupt".

According to part one of Article 45 and part two of article 92 of the Law of Ukraine "About renewal of solvency of the debtor or recognition by his bankrupt" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:;
2) in the paragraph the second the deciding part of the word of "bankrupt company" shall be replaced with words "the subject of business activity - the bankrupt".
