Bring in the list of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 6, 2000 No. 770 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 19, Art. 789; 2002, No. 51, Art. 2316; 2009, No. 94, Art. 3209; 2010, No. 40, Art. 1318; 2011, No. 1, Art. 39, No. 57, Art. 2288; 2012, No. 39, the Art. 1467), changes which are applied.

"derivative groups of naftoilindol, benzoilindol, Nbenzoilindolov, fenilatsetilindol, naphthylmethylindoles, naphthylmethylindens, cyclohexylphenols, feniltsiklogeksanol, naftoilpirol, dipetrolpyranes, triptamin and the psychotropic substances listed in it (if they are separately not included) in case existence of such derivatives is possible (except for derivatives which are already included as independent line items in the list);

2. To add the note to the list No. 1 of the table II with the paragraph of such content:

3. To state note paragraph two to the list No. 2 of the table IV in such edition:
"Substances which contain at least 50 percent of such precursors as acetone, ethyl ether, toluene, and 80 percent of such precursors as methylethylketone are subject to the same control measures, as precursors".
