For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of Administration of State frontier service in compliance with the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families", the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of prevention and anti-corruption" I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about payment procedure of cash cover by the serviceman of the State Border Service of Ukraine approved by the order of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine of May 20, 2008 No. 425, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on June 18, 2008 for No. 537/15228, which are applied.
2. To provide to finance and economics department of Administration of State frontier service of Ukraine together with legal support division of International legal department of Administration of State frontier service of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
