About approval of Changes to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of 02.12.2008 No. 638
For the purpose of enhancement of work of temporary detention centers of law-enforcement bodies and reduction of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 2, 2008 "About pre-trial detention" and "About militia" I ORDER to No. 638 in compliance with the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine:
1. Approve Changes to the Regulations in temporary detention centers of law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 2, 2008 No. 638, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 12, 2009 for No. 137/16153, which are applied.
2. (Pogotov S. M.) to provide to department of public safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister militia lieutenant general Ratushnyak V. I.
4. Announce the order to staff of bodies and divisions of internal affairs of Ukraine.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, but not earlier than day of official publication.
