Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 3, 2005 No. 1224 "About quoting of production of alcoholic products, non-food ethyl alcohol, antiseptic medicinal, veterinary and the disinfectants relating to non-food alcohol-containing products" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 176, 5/16724; 2008, No. 106, 5/27558; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 30.11.2012, 5/36537) following changes and amendment:
1.1. in Item 5 of the word to "The Belarusian state concern on production and realization of pharmaceutical and microbiological products" shall be replaced with words "To the Ministry of Health, National academy of Sciences of Belarus";
1.2. according to the procedure of establishment and distribution of quotas for production of alcoholic products, non-food ethyl alcohol, antiseptic medicinal, veterinary and the disinfectants relating to non-food alcohol-containing products, approved by this resolution:
