Article 1

Article 2

Part one Item 7.1 of Article 81 after the word "provided" to add 1) with words "this Code, others";

2) in Article 275:

"The employment contract is signed with the head of the public (municipal) institution on the basis of the standard form of the employment contract approved by the Government of the Russian Federation taking into account opinion of Russian Trilateral Commission on the Regulation of Social and Labour Relations.";
