Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of October 24, 1997 N 134-FZ "About subsistence minimum in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, N 43, Art. 4904; 2000, N 22, Art. 2264; 2004, N 35, Art. 3607; 2009, N 30, Art. 3739) following changes:

Paragraph two of Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"consumer goods basket - the minimum sets of food products, and also nonfoods, necessary for preserving health of the person and ensuring its life activity, and services which cost is determined in the ratio with the cost of the minimum set of food;";

2) in Article 3:

a) in Item 1:

exclude the words "on the basis of the methodical recommendations developed with participation of the all-Russian trade union associations, according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation";

add with the paragraph of the following content:

"The consumer goods basket in general across the Russian Federation is developed for the main social and demographic national groups with participation of Russian Trilateral Commission on the Regulation of Social and Labour Relations, in subjects of the Russian Federation - with participation of the commissions on regulation of the social and labor relations of subjects of the Russian Federation.";

b) declare Item 2 invalid;

c) add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Along with the federal law draft about consumer goods basket in general across the Russian Federation the technique of determination of consumer goods basket for the main social and demographic national groups in general across the Russian Federation on the basis of which the consumer goods basket in general across the Russian Federation is developed is brought in the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.";
