About modification and amendments in Regulations on connection or absorption of banks of the Republic of Moldova

Based on Item d) the Art. 5, Art. 11 and 44 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 1995, No. 56-57, of the Art. 624), with subsequent changes and amendments, and Art. 13-1, of Art. 16 and 40 of the Law on financial institutions No. 550-XIII of July 21, 1995 (repeated publication: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 78-81, 199), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova

In the Regulations on connection or absorption of banks of the Republic of Moldova approved by the decision of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 143 of June 2, 2000 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2000, No. 65-67, of the Art. 230), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Items 11 and 17 of appendix No. 2 the word "branches" to replace with the text "branches, representations and additional offices," in the corresponding number and case, and to "Regulations about opening of branches of banks" to replace syntagma with syntagma "Regulations about branches, representations and additional offices of banks".

2. In Item 5 of Chapter III of appendix No. 1 number "15" to replace with number "12".

3. In appendix No. 2:

Figure "3" to replace 1) in Item 9 with figure "2";

Syntagma "National association of terminology of the Republic of Moldova" to replace 2) in Item 15 with syntagma "The national center of terminology of the Republic of Moldova".
