Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 20, 2010 N 250 "About the list of measuring instruments which checking is performed only by the state regional centers of metrology accredited in accordance with the established procedure in the field of ensuring unity of measurements" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, N 17, Art. 2099; 2012, N 1, Art. 200).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 20, 2010 No. 250

1. Add Item 3 with the subitem "d" of the following content:

"e) subject to primary checking according to part 1 of article 13 of the Federal law "About Ensuring Unity of Measurements".".

2. In the list approved by the specified resolution:

a) Items 1 - 8 and 13 to exclude;
