This Instruction about procedure for providing the state bodies and state organizations authorized on issue of special permissions (licenses) forms of licenses (daleeinstruktion) is developed in pursuance of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 10, 2003 No. 1310 "About form of special permission (license) and of procedure for its filling" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 116, 5/13185) and determines procedure for providing the state bodies and state organizations authorized on issue of special permissions (licenses), forms of licenses.
