1. In Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 19, 1999 No. 1928 "About activation of activities of the stock exchange market of products of agro-industrial complex and material resources, necessary for his requirements" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 42, Art. 2103; 2000, No. 30, the Art. 1271) words "agreements of purchase sale of grain for the purpose of further export," to exclude.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
3. To the Ministry of economic development and trade, the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food and the State Customs Service to develop and approve procedure for representation to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of information on the actual export volumes of agricultural products for the purpose of calculation and monitoring of indicators of food security, and also creation of supply-demand balances on main types of food resources in a month.
4. To the ministries and other central executive bodies to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
